My name is Coach Erica aka “Coach E “ at KB’s Fitclub. I have been with the Fitclub for 5 years and during that time I became a Coach my first year. I began to coach the Beginner's morning and evening classes. I am currently training in the advanced classes for my own health journey. I am very passionate about working out while encouraging others! I look forward to being a positive influence during your journey!

Sabrina Smith Richardson
"Coach Bri"
My name is Sabrina, also known as Coach Bri. I've been with the FitClub since November 2020. After joining several of the FitClub's walking challenges and becoming intentional about my health, I dropped more than 30 pounds just from walking multiple times a day. I added weekly FitClub classes to my schedule to enhance my health journey, starting in the intermediate weekend class and eventually moving to the advanced class. In 2022, I became a FitClub coach, which has helped me grow in many ways. Helping women unlock their potential and strength, physically and mentally, has been the best part of being a coach. Fitness has transformed my life, and I know it can do the same for others on a mission to live healthier lives. From those who are just starting to those who are leveling up, my goal and purpose are to guide, challenge, and support. No one is expected to be perfect - you have to show up... And I'll be right there to push you forward, cheer you on, and remind you that you are capable of anything you put your mind to.

Hello, I am Coach Tenesha aka "T.O". I have been with the fitclub for a year and 3 months. I am the newest Coach of this All Star Coaching Team. I started assisting with the Beginner Body Pump Class, and I have been coaching the intermediate class for the past two months. I am looking forward to being your "hype girl" as you embark on this health journey. I started my journey just last year, and I am currently 100 lbs down. I'm ready and willing to share what I've learned with you. Let's get it going!

Hi ladies,
I am Coach Syreeta, and I have been training with KB’s Fitclub since 2021. When I joined, I weighed 200 lbs, and I am proud to say that I have successfully maintained a comfortable weight of 165 lbs. Currently, I coach our advanced ladies and the dynamic ladies in the Weekend Warriors program.
I believe that whatever led you here is God's way of helping you find your community. Look no further, as you will not find a more amazing group of women to share your fitness journey with.

Coach Nicole here! I joined KB’s FitClub in March 2020, with the intention of only staying 30 days. Well after losing 30lbs within the 1st 4mths, moving up to the 1.0 group, joining Weekend Warriors, and participating in countless challenges with inches loss. Five years later and I’m still at KB’s FitClub, however; I am helping other women regain their confidence by being 1 of the FitClub’s Assistant Coaches as well as the Beginner’s Coach (Fierce Fitness), Certified Health Coach and Certified Nutritionist.

"Coach Tonya"
My name is Coach Tonya, and I am delighted to share my journey with you. I joined this incredible community back in May 2022 and transitioned into a coaching role in September 2023. Initially, I had the pleasure of coaching the beginners' classes on Saturdays, which was a fantastic experience. Now, I am excited to lead the Fierce Fitness class, a beginner-friendly session that takes on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 PM to 7 PM. Additionally, I often step in to support our and advanced classes as well. I am truly passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals and look forward to guiding you on a transformative journey for both your mind and body!
